Running Gogs git server

Currently on rpi4 (main) and rpi3 (clone backup)

Ports in http and SSH imports most be checked to refer to correct IP's and external docker ports.
e.g. http://192.168.1.111:3000/Laurie/rpi-setup.git should be chaned to user external http port 10880
 - http://192.168.1.111:10880/Laurie/rpi-setup.git
